All Zelyor pieces are made-to-order and on-demand.
Each product is printed or crafted only after your order to ensure quality, freshness, and a reduced environmental impact.
WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our clothing and accessories are produced in specialized partner workshops:
- Hoodies: Pakistan
- T-shirts: USA
- Hats: Bangladesh
Every step (weaving, dyeing, production) is tracked to guarantee quality and transparency.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
As our products are made-to-order, delivery times include production:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Other destinations: 10-20 business days
A tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns are limited to manufacturing defects or processing errors.
As each order is unique, please contact us promptly if there is an issue so we can find a solution.
