All products are made-to-order. Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD ($). Zelyor reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout.

5. Orders

All orders are final once placed. Due to the made-to-order process, orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

6. Payment

Payment is required at checkout. Accepted methods:

  • Secure third-party payment providers

7. Production & Shipping

Production time:
  • 2 to 5 business days
Shipping time:
  • 3 to 10 business days depending on location
Delays may occur due to external factors. Zelyor is not responsible for carrier delays.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the following cases:
  • Defective item
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
